The name Ōyërku Zri Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Ōyërku Zri Kez was founded by Klabe Phomageet, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Ōyërku Zri Kez has a yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 14°C (57°F). Ōyërku Zri Kez receives an average of 144 cm/y (56 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Ōyërku Zri Kez covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6412 m (21036 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ōyërku Zri Kez was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1124, by Klabe Phomageet. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Klabe Phomageet.
Ōyërku Zri Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ōyërku Zri Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Ōyërku Zri Kez is buildings are built arround a single premissive paverstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Ōyërku Zri Kez, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same god, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its god. More than it loves wealth. The town is very clearly poor. Buildings are run down in ways that are not imeadiatly obvious. The people are a bit too thin. The market is very eager to sell to newcomers, but not so eager to buy from them. There’s also a general lack of the hum and buzz of healthy industry in Ōyërku Zri Kez.
Civic Infrastructure
Ōyërku Zri Kez has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Ōyërku Zri Kez.
Ōyërku Zri Kez has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Ōyërku Zri Kez has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Ōyërku Zri Kez has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Ōyërku Zri Kez's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Ōyërku Zri Kez possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Ōyërku Zri Kez's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Ōyërku Zri Kez's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.

Cultural Notes
Ōyërku Zri Kez's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is long in Ōyërku Zri Kez.

Ōyërku Zri Kez was unknowingly built atop something unstable, and now that substrate is crumbling. It may be swampy ground or a decaying coastline, or it could be an ancient buried city that’s now giving way. In the case of some antique habitation, the denizens that once lived there might be boiling upward as their home is collapsing, or new opportunities may be revealed even as the community’s present structure is ruined.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami granted the town a great harvest. One of Ōyërku Zri Kez's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
